Please read these rules before entering The Mom Walk Collective, "Stepping Into Fall & Stepping Up for Another Mom" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules (the "Rules") and acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.

1. Eligibility. This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States of America and the District of Columbia. (Sweepstakes excludes residents of all other U.S. territories, commonwealths, and possessions, including but not limited to Puerto Rico). Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and cannot be employed by The Mom Walk Collective or any companies/agencies directly connected with the promotion, creation, or administration of this Sweepstakes, nor be an immediate family member or household member of such employees. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. Sponsor. This Sweepstakes is sponsored by The Mom Walk Collective ("Sponsor"). The Mom Walk Collective is located at 221 E. 21st St., Costa Mesa, CA 92627.

3. Prize Contributors. The following brands are official prize contributors to the Sweepstakes: Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico, STYLEST, HATCH Collection, Gogh Jewelry Design, The Little Milk Bar, Harbor Baby, Needed, Nara Organics.

4. Timing. The Sweepstakes will run from 09/29/2025 at 12:00 AM (PST) through 10/05/2025 at 11:59 PM (PST) (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

5. How to Enter. During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants must: (1) Go for a walk, (2) Take a photo, (3) Tag & shoutout another mom they see or love, (4) Tag @themomwalkco and all participating brand partners, and (5) Register via the official sweepstakes form at www.themomwalkcollective.com/fallchallenge. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, logins, or other methods will void that entrant’s entries and may result in disqualification.

6. Prize. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following package: Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico — 3-night stay for 2 adults and 2 children, includes a one-time $150 resort credit for dining and experiences ($1,500 value). Blackout dates: March 7–15; December 22–January 3. 7. Winner Selection & Notification. One potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email (from the entry form) and/or direct message within three (3) days after the Sweepstakes Period ends. The winner must respond within five (5) business days. If the winner fails to respond or complete the required paperwork (including an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and W-9 if the prize value exceeds $600), the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may, at its discretion, select an alternate winner.

8. Odds of Winning. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

10. Publicity. Except where prohibited, participation constitutes consent for Sponsor and participating brand partners to use entrant’s name, likeness, or submissions for promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without additional payment or consideration.

11. Limitation of Liability & Release. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, prize contributors (Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico, STYLEST, HATCH Collection, Gogh Jewelry Design, The Little Milk Bar, Harbor Baby, Needed, Nara Organics), social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok), and their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, damage, or liability arising out of participation or prize use. Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, unauthorized intervention, human error, or any other causes that may compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

12. Additional Terms. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any other issue beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. Attempts to undermine the Sweepstakes may result in disqualification and possible legal action.

13. Governing Law. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved individually, without class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California.
