Please read these Official Sweepstakes Rules (“Rules”) before entering The Mom Walk Collective “Show Us Your Team” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Rules and confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements.

Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Residents of all other U.S. territories, commonwealths, and possessions, including Puerto Rico, are not eligible.

Employees, contractors, ambassadors, officers, and representatives of The Mom Walk Collective, as well as their immediate family and household members, are not eligible to enter or win. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by The Mom Walk Collective LLC (“Sponsor”), located at 221 E. 21st St., Costa Mesa, CA 92627.

Timing

The Sweepstakes begins on August 13, 2026 at 12:00 AM PT and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants must:

1. Take a photo or video featuring an item from The Mom Walk Collective’s limited Motherhood Is a Team Sport collection and their “team”—the people who support them in motherhood.

2. Post the photo or video publicly on Instagram and tag @themomwalkco.

3. Complete the official Sweepstakes registration form at themomwalkcollective.app and submit a link or screenshot of the post.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entrants may borrow, receive, or otherwise access an item from the Motherhood Is a Team Sport collection for purposes of their photo or video. A purchase will not increase an entrant’s chance of winning.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Any attempt to obtain more than the permitted number of entries through multiple email addresses, identities, accounts, or other methods may void all entries by that entrant and result in disqualification.

Entry Requirements

All submitted photos, videos, captions, and other materials are collectively referred to as “Submitted Content.” Submitted Content must be original to the entrant and may not be unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringe upon the rights of any person or entity.

Entrants are responsible for obtaining permission from every identifiable person appearing in their Submitted Content, including a parent or legal guardian for any minor.

Content License, Release & Permission to Share

By submitting Submitted Content, each entrant represents and warrants that they own the Submitted Content or have secured all necessary rights, permissions, and releases to submit it to Sponsor and authorize Sponsor’s use.

Entrant grants Sponsor a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, repost, publish, display, distribute, edit, adapt, create derivative works from, and otherwise use the Submitted Content, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed.

This includes use on The Mom Walk Collective’s social media channels, website, email communications, paid advertising, promotional materials, and other marketing channels. Sponsor may use Submitted Content without further notice, approval, payment, compensation, or obligation to entrant or any person appearing in the Submitted Content.

By entering, entrants release Sponsor from any claims arising from Sponsor’s authorized use of Submitted Content.

Prize

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a family four-pack of tickets to an eligible professional sports game near the winner’s residence.

The total value of the ticket package will not exceed $500 USD. Sponsor will coordinate with the winner to select an available eligible game and will purchase the tickets directly. Seating location, team, game date, venue, and ticket availability are subject to Sponsor approval and availability.

Travel, airfare, lodging, parking, meals, merchandise, and any other expenses not expressly included are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash. If the winner’s preferred game is unavailable or exceeds the $500 limit, Sponsor may offer tickets to another eligible game or a prize of equal or lesser value.

Winner Selection & Notification

One potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about October 1, 2026.

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or Instagram direct message within three (3) business days after the drawing. The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days and complete any required paperwork. If the potential winner does not respond, is determined to be ineligible, does not complete required paperwork, or cannot accept the prize, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes consent for Sponsor to use entrant’s name, likeness, hometown, and Submitted Content for promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without additional payment, approval, or consideration.

Limitation of Liability & Release

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Meta, any participating sports league, team, venue, ticketing provider, and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claim, damage, injury, loss, or liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use of the prize, or Sponsor’s authorized use of Submitted Content.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, lost or delayed entries, unauthorized intervention, human error, or any other cause that may compromise the administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

Instagram Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

Additional Terms

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other issue beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules.

Governing Law

These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved individually, without class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
